How Our Services Work

Step 1: Enroll

• After you sign up, you will receive a welcome email with instructions to login to your client portal. We will conduct a comprehensive credit analysis of your credit reports, noting all inaccurate information. Additionally, we consider the various factors that are diminishing your credit score and provide you with actionable steps to increase your score. Feel free to request a consultation or sign up if you're ready. 

Step 2: Create a Plan

• After your credit analysis, we will work with you to develop a personalized strategy and dispute inaccurate items with all three (3) credit bureaus and collectors. You can track your progress using our online client portal. 

Step 3: We Go to Work For You

• Credit Repair is NOT an overnight fix. It is a process. The average time frame is 6-12 months (possibly longer). By law, the credit bureaus have 30 days to investigate your dispute. Within 30-45 days, you will receive your results directly from the credit bureaus and collectors. We analyze the updates for any changes to the inaccurate, misleading, and unverifiable information. If there are changes, we update your file and then move on to the next item. If the item returns verified with no change, do not get discouraged. We will follow-up with the credit bureaus and collectors to try to get a resolution on why the inaccurate information is still on the credit report. It is IMPERATIVE that you provide us with each updated report so we can track which questionable items were deleted!
